Just stumbled across this blog post which might help. (I had someone ask me about this last week, and although it isn’t something we normally cover I figured there might be more people out there that needed a hand!)

I tried for at least 15 minutes to synchronize my Samsung Blackjack with my laptop using Windows Vista and everything I did failed, then out of frustration, I started searching on the web and everybody had something to say from adding ports to disabling firewall (all failed) until I run into Chris De Herrera’s site where he tells you exactly what to do.
